Professional Pitching Lessons

I am a former Major League pitcher having played eight Major League seasons with the Oakland A’s,

San Diego Padres, Boston Red Sox,

Philadelphia Phillies and Tampa Bay Devil Rays.  After playing 14 years of professional baseball, I became a pitching coach in the New York Yankees’ organization. I have the experience and knowledge needed to help your child safely become a successful pitcher by learning the following:

  • proper mechanics
  • how to increase velocity through drills
  • controlling both sides of the plate with the fastball
  • how to develop off-speed pitches
  • how to mentally prepare for games
  • pitcher’s fielding practice and proper conditioning including arm exercises
